The Allan Labor Government is launching a new awareness campaign urging drivers to slow down, be patient and show respect when encountering workers on the state’s roads.

Thousands of young apprentices are getting the help they need to complete their training and enter the workforce, thanks to a state-wide support program provided by the Allan Labor Government.

The Allan Labor Government has appointed Victoria’s first Chief Addiction Medicine Adviser – a role which will lead work within the health system to save lives, reduce drug harms and make sure more people get the care they need.

Victoria’s public healthcare workforce has grown by almost 50 per cent over the past decade – with an additional 40,365 nurses, midwives, doctors, allied health professionals and other hospital staff in the state’s health services.
